It does NOT take TWO months for cloth diapers to dry!
“I washed my cloth diapers and hung them to dry. Two months later they are still there, because I’ve been too lazy/busy to fold them and use them again…”
Mom returns Christmas gifts to buy more cloth diapers!
“I returned some of my baby’s Christmas presents to buy more diapers. To be fair, they were only things we received multiples of or that we didn’t need for her. She’s also a newborn and has no clue what she got. She uses cloth diapers every day, so I felt it was justified.”
Mom loves girly prints so much she buys them for her son!
“I buy my favorite prints even if they’re obviously girl prints for my son. I think they’re so adorable and I can torture him with pictures later. I have my eye on the Purrrrfect Grovia ONE for my next purchase. He even has Honest Company mermaid disposables!”
Mom admits to having enough cloth diapers to diaper a small village of children!
“I’m a cloth diaper addict – I have 2 in diapers but I have enough to cloth diaper a small village of children. My husband would have a heart attack if he knew how much they all cost!!”
Mom doesn’t trust her mother-in-law with nice cloth diapers!
“I only send prints I don’t love to my MILs house – she has washed cloth diapers for us before and nearly ruined them. Favorites and limited edition prints don’t go to her house! So now she’s always jealous when she comes over and sees a “new” diaper on my daughter and tries to yell at me for spending money. My husband will tell her “it’s not new, we’ve hadn’t it for months.”
Cloth addicted mom used to hide purchases, still finds forgotten diapers stashed around the house!
“At the height of my cloth diaper addiction, I went to great lengths to hide my purchases. I would use diapers when hubby was at work, and shove them deep into the clothes basket when folding. I’d time deliveries so he wasn’t home. At one point, I had over 100 cloth diapers, and kept half of them hidden in a dark closet he never looked in. I still find diapers hidden in crazy places, and glance over my shoulder. “
