Happy, Healthy, Wholesome Family Resolutions
As a Stonyfield blogger we’re often provided themes for sponsored posts. When Stonyfield suggested a Healthy New Year Resolutions topic I was excited to commit by writing the resolutions I’d been holding captive in my head on paper, or this blog, which helps with keeping myself accountable and serves as a good reminder so no resolutions get forgotten.
It seems as though the last couple weeks of December are spent looking forward to the new year with new goals, dreams and inspired plans for success. The first few weeks in January we”re all on the ball, full steam ahead, until we lose the wind from our sails. While I think personal goals are also very important I think that there’s also a need for an entire set of resolutions that the whole family can work toward accomplishing. The following are my goals, expressed in Instagram pics, for my family in 2015!
1. Geocache more!

2. Pack healthier school lunches

3. Eat more yogurt

4. Juice more
5. Run more

6. Craft more

7. Explore more

8. Practice yoga more
9. Grow more food
10. Throw away all excuses!
I hope you enjoyed seeing some of my goals for my family this year! My use of Instagram pics helps remind me of the fun we’ve had and encourages me to want to do it all over again.
