Need some ideas on how you can make changes big or small?
Consider all things reusable vs. disposable.
Switch from plastic straws to stainless steel.
Invest in reusable shopping bags.
Recycle those plastic water bottles for good and invest in reusable glass or stainless steel hydration bottles.
Ride your bike or walk to the store on occasion instead of driving.
Be packaging aware. Make a conscious effort not to purchase products at the grocery store with excessive packaging or leave that company a message on their Facebook wall encouraging them to minimize as well as switch to recyclable packaging.
Own a business? Save and reuse all packing materials you can instead of buying new ones.
Try regrowing fruits and vegetables from scraps. Romaine, celery, pineapples, potatoes and more are all easy to regrow! Just google it!
Buy glass! Did you know glass is the safest product packaging, especially for foods and personal care products? Not only is glass safer, it’s reusable and recycleable too.
