You, Me, Prana, Stonyfield and a GIVEAWAY!
This weekend was a first for me in many ways. On Saturday I participated in the Savannah Rock n Roll 1/2 Marathon and I feel so proud of myself. Having never run more than 7 miles at a time I 
was very nervous about the 13.1 mile distance required to finish. I was determined to push myself and I did. The feeling of accomplishing something that you previously kept telling yourself “I can’t” is nothing short of amazing. I feel like I can conquer anything now and this Prana and Stonyfield Yogurt campaign couldn’t have come at a more perfect time in my life.
Here in Florida we haven’t had a single day of sweater worthy weather yet so when my Prana sweater arrived just in time for my trip to Savannah I was ecstatic. Thankfully Sunday’s breezy cool weather required something light but warm and my Prana cowl neck was perfect for the occasion!

Your best version of you could be exactly who you are now or it could be the version of you that you aspire to be. For me that’s a healthy, fit, optimistic and stronger ME, and completing my first 1/2 Marathon had me feeling like I was finally on my way to the ME I so hope to become. Stonyfield’s Oh My Yog serves as a reminder that success tastes sweet and eating healthy is not only vital to my becoming my best version of ME, it’s something my body deserves as a reward for all of it’s effort.
